Uzwill

A mixed use residential and urban development that connects Lindenstrasse and Schifflipark through a central courtyard system. Laubengänge, loggias, and shared spaces create a strong community structure with flexible housing typologies, joker rooms, and active ground floor uses like café and workspaces.

The project integrates sustainability through compact planning, geothermal energy, PV, and efficient building systems, while a landscape driven courtyard and tree centered public space anchor the social life of the site.
